Welcome Home.

Although it has been some time since their departure, I thought it would be a nice idea to send some pictures I had taken to my Great Aunty & Uncle, during their stay with us in Australia. 

I got a bunch of pictures printed off and bundled them in a neat little package, ready to be shipped (or flown) to England. 

Making good use of my new stamp set (christmas present) and packing ribbons left over from christmas wrapping, the bundle came together like a treat.

Cafe of the week..

As the new year has begun, so has a new weekly activity, discussing a new cafe every week. 

The first cafe of the week is a Blue Mountains delight named: Whisk and Pin. 

Whisk & Pin sits high in the Blue Mountains at Medlow Bath. 

It is a quaint cafe come store, featuring simple yet filling dishes, light coffees and sweet delectables in a cosy, care free space. 

The Cafe is off the main highway heading up the mountains and feels to be secluded and tucked away. A must visit if you are heading high up in the hills.

Despite the lack of activity on the blog, I have still been keeping busy with all sorts of fun things around the 'holiday' time.
